Listed hereunder are the documents that must be furnished, signed and executed between FOREIGN CLIENT and LUXURY & JP INTERNATIONAL CORPORATIONS, later, be duly authenticated by the Philippine Labor Attaché or Consulate office in the country of employment and to be submitted by our agency to Philippine Overseas Employment Administration.
Standard Recruitment Agreement
Standard Recruitment Agreement (SRA) between LUXURY & JP INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION and Foreign Client duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or its representative in the country of employment.
Special Power of Attorney (SPA)
Special Power of Attorney (SPA)-authorizes LUXURY & JP INTERNATIONAL CORPORATIONS to recruit process and deploy workers on behalf of the Foreign Client.
